What we hold, and for how long

Your characterisation files. Uploads are parsed in your browser. The file never leaves your machine, and no copy reaches a server. Closing the tab discards it.

Cases you run. A case lives in your browser's storage until you clear it. Exporting a report writes a file to your own disk.

Demo and service requests. The form sends your name, organisation, email and the case description you type. It reaches Mohammad Kawwam by email and is kept until the request is closed, then deleted. It is never added to a mailing list and never passed on.

Analytics. None. The site sets no cookies and carries no third-party script.
